Our test Confluence shows Chinese character as ????. Is there any configuration I can do to make it right?

Hello @Jason Liu!

May I ask where did you found this situation? On my experience, I've seen it when exporting files from Confluence, and most of the times is related to the encoding of the database.

Do you know which encoding is in your database? UTF-8 should be the default recommended by Atlassian.

OK, maybe you can try this KB article - Characters Not Supported by ASCII are Being Displayed as Question Marks
