Hi Team,
The backup I am looking for would be to have our data saved outside of confluence in case of confluence going down or ransomware. I have read articles where there have been cases of ransomware used to lock companies out of their confluence data. So we will need a way to backup our data outside of confluence. Where we would be able to access if someone were to take down our ability to access confluence. Hope that makes sense. So the backup needs to be accessible outside of confluence. Unless the confluence backup manager works in a specific way that would protect us from loss of content.
We are looking for offline confluence.
Thanks,
Rohith.
@Rohith k Since you indicated you're on Cloud, try this page: https://support.atlassian.com/confluence-cloud/docs/create-a-site-backup/
I believe that Confluence Cloud is backed up for you (I'm not an expert on this, though, so maybe someone else will chime in).
Hi,
Backup and Restore | Confluence Data Center and Server 8.6 | Atlassian Documentation
Production Backup Strategy | Confluence Data Center and Server 8.6 | Atlassian Documentation
Hope this helps,
KR
Chris
/edit: you`re using the cloud version (oversight sry) and thx @Barbara Szczesniak
I dont`t know how it works with the cloud variant.

Can we backup all the data in Confluence to do an automatic daily backup to SharePoint offline.
Recently we are facing issue with confluence, So the team wants to secure the data by creating the data backup to the share point offline.
Thanks,
Rohith.

@Rohith k Sorry, but I really don't know anything about backing up in Confluence; I just noticed that Chris pointed you to the server documentation, rather than cloud.
You could try searching the Questions area. I recall someone else posting a question or article about backing up to SharePoint recently.
