Hello... I am a fairly new user to Confluence. I have created a page and will be using this page to provide updates to outstanding Jira tickets our company has. I will be sending weekly.
Hi @Robert Kincaid ,
for notifications also consider our app, Advanced Content Navigator for Confluence.
With ACNC you can highlight pages which has been changed/created since your last visited, marked with purple:
Also page hierarchy with table of content, page statuses and many more available in this simple macro :)
Let me know if you have a question about it!
Good luck,

Hello Robert,
Welcome to the Atlassian Community!
Question: What is best way to schedule the confluence page to go out weekly?
The following are the detailed steps:
Question: If I add a new item I would like for the team to get the updates but I do not want them to get updates on every single update or edit I make to the page. What is best way to handle this?
Can I know more context on when you would like to have the team get the notifications of the updates?
Thank you.
Warm regards,
Farah

My confluence page is a list of Jira items and as Jira items are updated I would like to update my confluence page with the new details and I would like them to get this outside of the scheduled deliveries.

Hi Robert,
I understand your confluence page is a list of Jira items.
While you may know that it is best for you if your Confluence instance is connected to Jira, you can search and display Jira issues in a table on Confluence pages.
You can use the Jira Issues macro to insert an existing issue by key, or a whole list of issues based on a JQL query. The issue info appears in the page content and is definitely updated to be current.
It's usually the best to use the jiraissues macro to query your issues and let it generate the table for you. You can easily choose which columns to see, etc.

Hope it helps.
Thank you.
