Confluence on demand setup with JIRA

Confluence on demand setup with JIRA

We've just added the confluence trial to our Jira on demand account, and when we click Wiki we get the following errors:

Your on demand instance doesn't include the Wiki functionality.

I've given application access to everyone. I've also tried going to Administation > Wiki and still get the same error.

I've also noticed that "sysadmin" (noreply@atlassian.com) is the only user with the groups confluence-administrators and system-administrators.
