Confluence on demand setup with JIRA

We've just added the confluence trial to our Jira on demand account, and when we click Wiki we get the following errors:

Your on demand instance doesn't include the Wiki functionality.

I've given application access to everyone. I've also tried going to Administation > Wiki and still get the same error.

I've also noticed that "sysadmin" (noreply@atlassian.com) is the only user with the groups confluence-administrators and system-administrators.

Amir, If you're still getting this message after a few minutes, please raise a support request at support.atlassian.com and one of our engineers will take a look. Please note that if you haven't used support.atlassian.com before, you'll need to sign up for an account there.

Still having an problem, so I created an issue for support. JST-43897

Thanks
