Confluence not starting up due to synchrony

Confuence is not starting. I am running confluence behind a load balance. Not sure what I am doing wrong

Thank you for reporting this issue to us. I noticed that you raised a support ticket as well for the problem. The support ticket is the best route for this because it will require a deeper understanding of your configuration and the ability to thoroughly review your log files.
