I have a 14 day temporary licence to play with Confluence but I have been using it for 10 years in the office. Here, I added Draw.io to my space to draw some diagrams. I made a simple 6-10 object diagram and saved the Confluence page.
Now it says when I open the page that "Diagram Not Found"
When I click on "draw.io Diagram" in the APPS menu on the left, it lists my new diagram in the "draw.io Diagrams" list, but when I click on Edit it, it says "ac.draw.io Read Error: Error loading file"
JavaScript is enabled.
The same problem occurs in Firefox and Chrome.
Any help is appreciated.
Thanks guys.
What browser are you using? Any browser extensions? It's worth testing in incognito/private mode with extensions switched off.
I found this earlier discussion about the same (with your involvement): https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Confluence-questions/Draw-io-Diagram-Not-Found/qaq-p/2328073
I also use Kaspersky, so I will have a look at it first.
