Hello,
My Atlassian profile is set to Ukrainian, yet I see Confluence's interface in Russian.
Yes, I cleared all Atlassian-related cookies and storage before posting. Yes, I checked browser interface, it's set to Ukrainian.
If I set profile language to English, Confluence is switched to English. If I try to switch back to Ukrainian, I get Russian back.
Some questions:
1. Does this mean Confluence doesn't support Ukrainian language?
2. Why Russian is used as fallback for Ukrainian? Why can't I set my fallback manually?
Thanks

Please don't continue so that I won't start swearing all around this topic.

Ok, thx, I'll try that one.
Hi @Igor Baidiuk Welcome to the community!
Confluence does indeed support the Ukrainian language.
Russian is often used as a fallback for Ukrainian because Atlassian might have set Russian as a fallback language due to historical proximity and linguistic similarities. However, it's understandable that you would prefer to set a manual fallback language. Currently, Atlassian does not provide a direct option for users to configure fallback languages. If Ukrainian resources are unavailable, Confluence likely defaults to Russian or another available language.
you might want to reach out to Atlassian support (https://support.atlassian.com/) to report this issue and inquire about whether there are updates or settings changes coming to improve language support and fallback behavior.
