Hello!

We have a problem with our self-hosted confluence instance. Sometimes we get these errors:

Confluence had problems starting up

This page is for Confluence administrators. If you're seeing this page, your Confluence administrator is probably working to restore the service.

Description Time Level Exception
Non Clustered Confluence: Database is being updated by another Confluence instance. Please see http://confluence.atlassian.com/x/mwiyCg for more details.

If you're unable to fix the problems and need to contact support, we can respond faster if you provide the logs of your instance.

Between we have a simple installation, so nothing from this article helps: http://confluence.atlassian.com/x/mwiyCg

I can attach logs from the server.

Thanks for your answer.

Hi Wahid,

The above article also mentions an issue that can occur in a simple environment such as yours:

If the problem occurs shortly after startup in a single-node (non-clustered) deployment, see Cluster Panic due to Multiple Deployments.

Can you have a look at that linked article and let me know if you have any trouble?

Regards,

Shannon
