Confluence had problems starting up

Hi all

I encountered an error when I started confluence, which was as follows:

Could not roll back Hibernate transaction; nested exception is net.sf.hibernate.TransactionException: Unable to rollback against JDBC Connection

 

my confluence version :7.13.2

mysql version: 5.7.31

My database started normally, and I used the admin account to access it normally before, but when I used the AD account (we did LDAP integration), the access failed, and there was a problem with the data table. So I imported a database from the snapshot and modified the database information in the "confluence.cfg.xml" file, but I found that it could not solve my problem, so I modified the "confluence.cfg.xml" file again, resulting in this problem
