One of our user groups under a different corporate network and firewall cannot access to Confluence Database. When users try on their personal computers they don't have any problem so it's not a permission issue. But when they try on their corporate computers database seem like it's being loaded but never loaded.
I suspect it's either a firewall issue that they need to give permission to specific ports or browser settings issue.
Did anyone have a similar issue. What is the solution for this?

You are probably correct that it is a firewall issue or anti-virus. If you inspect the page what do you see that is not loading? You should be able to work with your network team to find the issue.
