Confluence cannot show the images after edit the page

I have a confluence page that is keeping update. For a version I just format the text and save. Some of the existing images cannot be shown again. Check for the network the images return HTTP409 conflict error.

If I choose the Page History it can show the images. When I revert to an older version it can also shows the images.

May I know this is a bug or other reason? Thank you!

I would like to understand a little more about this situation, @Benedict Chan!

Here we have some questions:

1. If you copy this page into another space, is this issue still present?
2. What types of edits are you performing on this page? (copying and pasting content, removing, adding content..)
3. Are the affected images copied and then pasted back into the page?
4. Would it be possible for you to share a screenshot or screencapture of the error when it happens?

If you end up taking the screenshot, be careful not to disclose any sensitive data with it. Our Community is an open space and everything can be seen by everyone here.
