We hoped to use this app from Atlassian to connect Google Drive to Confluence:
Unfortunately it only works with the legacy editor. Has Atlassian released a version for the new editor?
Does a free solution to this exist?
I do believe that Google and Confluence work seamlessly together now without the need of any additional apps. Have you tried embedding a google link and changing the way it is embedded in your documents. You can find more information on how to do that here: https://confluence.atlassian.com/confkb/Deprecation-of-Google-Drive-and-One-Drive-macros-1108685493.html
You can also search smart links in Atlassian Community. If my answer is helpful in solving your issue, please select it as your answer. If not, let me know and we can troubleshoot further.
Super helpful! Thank you Collista! I did not realize that the smart links had these options. Resolved!
