Are you sure you are using the same username and password, make sure that your CAPS is off.
Please verify this first!
If your pc is on a company network, can you also check that you can log in from your private network as it could be that only access from certain ip's is allowed.
If it still does not work, can you share a screenshot of the error you receive?
