Hello @Syamalatha Mallavarapu

Welcome to the Atlassian community.

Can you be more specific about the problems you are encountering? Can you provide a detailed example including screen images of messages that you see?

Prior to upgrading did you confirm that the plugins you had would be supported for that version of Confluence?

Are you licensed for Confluence Server or Confluence Data Center?

we are licensed for Confluence server. Please find attached images for reference.

when I click on the upgrade under manage apps I get above page.
Thanks!

Can you provide a screen image of the Manage Apps page and point out what you are clicking when you say you are clicking "upgrade"?

Can you provide a screen image that shows the plugin version conflicts?

Prior to upgrading did you confirm that the plugins you had would be supported for that version of Confluence?

But in License Details page I could see 500-user

Is it something license mismatch?
Thank you for your quick response.

It appears that at the time you purchased a license for that app you were licensed for only 250 users. Sometime since then you appear to have upgraded to a 500-user license.

Apps need to be licensed at the same licensed-user level as your Confluence app.

However that particular app license expired and it appears to be disabled. If you don't want to use that app you could simply uninstall it. If you want to use it, you'll need to renew and upgrade the app license to match the user count of your Confluence license.

I don't see anything that is preventing you from upgrading. Can you point out where you are blocked?
