I'm looking at the Permissions set up in a Confluence Space in Server, where there are multiple groups with different levels of access.
One user is in several of those groups.
Will that user get the highest level of permissions based on the groups he is in, or will he get the lowest level of permissions?
For instance one groups he is in has the Add Pages permission, and another group he is in does not have that permission. Can he add a page, or not?
The permissions granted to a user on a Space will be the combined highest level across all of their group memberships. So long as one group on the Space allows him to add a page, bring in others without that permission won't cancel it out.
If he's in two groups and one group has been DENIED a permission, that takes precedence over the group that allowed him to have a permission.
