Hello All -
I have been working a lot with automation and setting up rules for ticket replies, resolves, workflows, etc. We primarily use our Confluence space as a knowledge base, but there are a few pages we have there with checklists.
I am wondering to what extent does confluence integrate with JIRA? There are two things that I am primarily trying to do right now, and am unsure if it is possible.
Is there a way to get a Confluence team calendar to auto-generate a ticket? Ideally, I would like it to generate a ticket when the reminder is set and that way we can keep on top of it without having to remember to generate a ticket ahead of time.
I would also like to know if there is a way to link checked tasks on a Confluence page with corresponding check boxes in the linked JIRA ticket?
Thanks for the help!
Any kind of automation like that will require add-ons or scripting.
Possibly suggest Script Runner add-on.
