Confluence Search Between Standard and Refined UI Not Producing Same Results

For our Confluence Cloud, we use the Refined for Confluence app as a parallel interface for our users. When searching, users often cannot locate content and/or search results are ambiguous.

When trying a search in standard UI, then in Refined search, the results are different, often Refined search not finding any results or the same results in the same order as standard UI.

We have a ticket submitted with Refined but wanted to inquire if other users have encountered this issue and found a resolution.

Disclaimer: I haven't used Refined, so I don't know the ins and outs of it. But based on my experience with Confluence cloud add-ons and funky add-on permissions, my first thought is maybe this is the 'Refined' app's permissions?

Can you check if the pages which aren't returned within Refined are in a space with unique permissions or are the pages with restrictions?

I know for the Microsoft Search connector (consuming Confluence content into Microsoft Search) it only has access to content that is open and unrestricted.
