I installed the following plugin

When I add the code from the example into my latex block

Are the dependency for this plugin?
I also don't see the latex icon in the top left corner of the my macro latex block

Have you tried "skiping" special characters using "/" ?
\[ x = \frac{-b \pm \sqrt{b^2 - 4ac}}{2a} \]
Yeah that does not seem to work

Example does not work for me either. I'm on version 4.3.1.
Please help. I can only get the latex math paid plugin to work..not this free one.
Have you tried using this plugin to see if its any better.
