We recently upgraded to 7.19.1 and are having issues with the JIRA Macro receiving error Data cannot be retrieved due to an unexpected error.
I have tried safe mode to ensure a plugin is not the issue and also restarted the application and still receiving the error
Logs are showing the following
Working with Atlassian the issue turns out to be an add-on for JIRA called Power Utilities for JIRA. Disable the add-on and the JIRA Macro work in Confluence. Bug has been opened with AppFire SUPPORT-23441
Hi @Brian Taylor ,
please try to re-create the application link in jira and confluence. JIRA MAcro is based on the application link so probably there's some issue in the application link configuration.

Fabio - Thank you for reaching out and the suggestion - I tried as you recommended and deleted and recreated the application links. It did not resolve the issue. Still seeing the errors on the logs

Also to note this is only happening on the JIRA Macro is to set-up as a table. By Count works fine and I also tried Filter Results and JIRA Charts Macros and all work as expected.

To let you know the fix ended ip being an add-on in JIRA called Power Utilized for JIRA that caused the JIRA Macro in Confluence not to work.
