Confluence - Freeform Text Field without editing page

I am looking for a macro that I can use on a confluence page for people to not edit the page to add a note(s)?  

For example:  we are using confluence to run our S2 mtgs and I have gotten request if there is a way to capture real time notes on the page.

Hi @Lisa Medlin 

There is none, simply as a macro update requires edit rights.

The comments section on a page will provide this use case as commenting can be granted without editing a page.
