We have Jira Service Desk with a knowledgebase integration with Confluence.
For our supported users, they can go to /servicedesk/customer/portal/1/article/* to read an article, but I cannot find anywhere where they can see the dashboard.
The confluence dashboard has a lot of additional useful content such as related links and a welcome greeting. As well as a list of articles that can be navigated.
How do I provide this dashboard and better search tool to our supported users without paying for every single user?
