Confluence Dashboard for Jira Service Desk Integration

We have Jira Service Desk with a knowledgebase integration with Confluence.

For our supported users, they can go to /servicedesk/customer/portal/1/article/* to read an article, but I cannot find anywhere where they can see the dashboard.

The confluence dashboard has a lot of additional useful content such as related links and a welcome greeting. As well as a list of articles that can be navigated.

How do I provide this dashboard and better search tool to our supported users without paying for every single user?

Dustin,

Are you saying you have a Confluence link with useful information that you want to display to your users in the portal (Where access is free)

NOTE: One of two things has to be valid:

  1. Users have Confluence Licenses (unless you want to use the "new" guest feature)
  2.  Or the page has to be public

Thanks Darlene.

I may be misunderstanding permissions. I'll keep investigating. Thanks.
