Confluence Dashboard blank in confluence 5.8.5

hello Team,

we are facing technical issues. whenever user login to our confuence instance user are seeing only blank dashboard page in mozila and chrome browser.

This is impacted to our production instance so please provide help.

Recently we have upgraded confluence from 5.2 to 5.8
Java version 8.
tomcat Version 8.

earlier with 5.2 it was working good but seems this is blocker issue for our production instance.

Hi Tousif,

Is this happening to IE as well? If all browsers are showing a blank page, I do believe the upgrade is incomplete and probably the instance is now corrupted. We need to restore the older backup and retry the upgrade.

I do suggest to review the latest messages in the Atlassian-confluence.log files in the application_data/logs and check the first error message after the upgrade started.
