Confluence Cloud - building a ProductPortal

Hi,

I'd like to use Confluence as an organizational portal for Product activities (building something like a WIKI site).

1. Is that possible? If so, how do I do that?

2. I'd like to link product documents written in Confluence to JIRA tickets (EPICs or stories) and reflect on the progress. Is that possible?
