My organization previously delayed the migration of Jira and Confluence DataCenter (on-prem) to Cloud. The org is now ready to complete a migration. Unfortunately, end of life occurred in February of last year for both services. My issues are as follows:
Is there a way around the end of life issues I'm facing? Can I download from Atlassian directly and upload from my local machine? It seems I still have the ability to Upload an app, but the 'marketplace' for apps is no longer available to me to download from there.
Any advice is appreciated. Thank you!
hi @jessica_huebner ! Welcome to the Atlassian Community!
If you're serious about migrating both Jira and Confluence to the cloud, you could apply trial Data Center licenses to your server setups, make the necessary upgrades and investigation, and then perform the JCMA/CCMA migrations.
Hi Robert! Thanks so much for the reply!
It seems I made a mistake in my original post. Currently, our org is using Jira Server v9.12.1 and Wiki (Confluence) Server v6.11.2.
It seems like the path is to apply a data center license, download the migration apps, then complete the migration. Do you know offhand if it's possible for me to apply a data center license with the server versions we currently have?
I appreciate your insight!

Yes. It's possible. In fact, it's the easiest Server to Data Center migration you'll ever perform!
