We have created a Confluence cloud organization. In the Confluence cloud setting, it allows configuring the time format by not time zone. Is it possible to know the default timezone of this org?

As far as I know, it should not be set at the moment. You can vote in the post below.
Allow Confluence timezone to be set as a global preference
Or go to the Account preferences tab to manage your time zone.
