Confluence Calendar reminders not being sent

We've been having difficulties setting up reminders for Confluence Calendars. All the settings are correct per KB, and the email filters don't seem to be catching anything, yet we cannot receive any reminder notifications, only adds and updates.

Anyone else come across the same issue?

We're on Cloud.

This has been a reported bug and it is fixed by Atlassian

Fix Version/s:
8.2.0, 8.1.1

If your confluence version is 8.2.0 / 8.1.1 it should work for you.
