Can I create a rule to have it run on all pages in my space?

There are a couple different branch components that can do this for you.

We have the "Page branch", which runs for only pages and allows some basic filtering configuration. This is the easier option if you don't require much flexibility.

We also have the "Related entities" branch which allows you to find any content that can be found with CQL (which includes things like blogposts, comments). If you use this branch component, I highly recommend including type = page in the CQL to be sure that only pages are matched.

In either case, the branches have a limit of 150 returned items.

Yes it's possible.  Docs are here:  https://support.atlassian.com/cloud-automation/docs/create-automation-rules-in-confluence/

If you have permissions, you can create an automation rule with the scope of the Space.
