Confluence Automation not moving page on create/publish

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
Hello - I am using Confluence Cloud Automations to move a page created from a template to a new parent page within the same space.
The template adds the label 'kb' and I would like to move this to another parent page. Here is what I have setup:
Any help would be fantastic!
