Confluence 7.6.2 STILL not giving date picker when assigning a task

Confluence 7.6.2 is still not producing the date picker for tasks. 

Steps to reproduce: @lastname,firstname //

1. Insert the task list check box
2. @username
3. Then //

NOTE: date picker still doesn't display.

I've tried this on browsers:

* Firefox: 78.3.0esr (64-bit)

* Chrome: Version 84.0.4147.89 (Official Build) (64-bit)
