Confleunce LucidChart plugin unable to update auto update icon just spins

Hi

On a confluence page I insert a diagram from LucidChart.  The diagram inserts fine so connectivity to LucidChart works. When I try to update the Auto Update feature

"Automatically update this diagram with changes made in Lucidchart. "

I try and save the changes but the icon just spins infinitely

Did you get anywhere with LucidChart on this, Rob?

If everything else is working fine in Confluence, that means the problem is the plugin.

If it is the case, you will need to reach out to the vendor. They will be able to assist you.
