I am trying to display markers for each record in my form (which all contain an address) in Google Maps. The map should update dynamically whenever there is a new, modified or deleted record to show the new/edited marker or remove the one for deleted lines.
I found this and this is already close to what I would love to have.

But in this example a marker is only shown, when another marker is set by entering lat/long values. I want to get rid of this, as I only need to add markers by address. But I failed when trying to modify the example source code on my system.
