Confiforms: Remove field requaired

Hello,

I want to remove requaired some field under a certain condition.
I can't use custom JavaScript.
Is there any other way?

If ConfiForms declares the field as required in Field Definition then it cannot be "not required" and must have a value provided on a form submit
