I use code snippets mainly to format bash code. I've noticed that the snippets shown when selecting an older revision in the page history look way better than on the current page. The background is dark so the text color really stand out. Why is that it is not like that on the current page?
Is the "Configure code macro" doing anything for you? For me not, and I am assuming this is because "Code macro" got recently replaced with "Code snippet", and the configuration only seems to apply to the former. This might explain why the older revisions look better.
Yeah, that could be it. Sad IMO. Not reading pages with code snippets is very boring. Everything is gray or dull.
