How is it possible to add the page number in the footer of every page in Space Tools -> Look and Feel -> PDF layout section? the counter(page) doesn't seem to work there.
Also, How is it possible to add an image in the header of every page in Space Tools -> Look and Feel -> PDF layout section?
Is there anything like this that works?
For the page number, you need to set both PDF Layout and PDF Stylesheet:
Note that it only works for space exports (not single page exports via Tools > Export to PDF).
There's info about adding image headers here, but I have not tried this: https://confluence.atlassian.com/confcloud/advanced-pdf-export-customizations-724764827.html#AdvancedPDFExportCustomizations-AddingImagestoHeadersandFooters
Place that line into Wiki Markup tag in the editor and you're good to go. I stumbled across this as it wasn't as obvious as it used to be. You can create a similar page for the _header (you can call these pages what you want BTW, and best to move them above HOME so they're not visible in a PageTree.
You can add some more details like the company address to the footer and center it
60 Hois St, Penthouse Suite
This is added to the page named _footer and the _footer page is called in the Space Settings > Look and Feel > Header and Footer as follows
