Hello dear community,
we have moved our team from an Excel to a Cloud Confluence Database to make the Reko documentation there. The question is whether there is a way to create a personal filter or view if I want to filter by my name, for example, without all other colleagues seeing this personal view in the view bar?
Thank you in advance.
Kind Regards
Flo
While Cloud Confluence doesn't offer a built-in feature for personal filters that remain private, you can try with the idea by creating a private page in your Confluence space, accessible only to you, and utilize the Page Properties Report macro to filter relevant entries.
By setting up the macro to display only items where you're listed in a specific column, such as "Assignee = Your Name", you can effectively create a personal filter that remains invisible to others.
Hope this helps - Happy to help further!!
Thank you very much and have a great one!
Warm regards
