We are supporting the transition of support from one organization to another. All of the Atlassian data (Jira Software, Jira Service Management, and Confluence) is in the Atlassian cloud. There is 1 Jira project and its related Jira Service Management project and 1 Confluence space. We also have Zephyr Scale tests to be included.
We are planning to use Deep Clone for Jira to provide the external organization with a copy of a project and its service desk. We also need to provide a clone of the Confluence space referenced by the issues in Jira and its related service desk.
What is the best approach to migrating all of that from one organization to another while maintaining the originating Atlassian project/space?
Thanks!
Will
For Confluence, XML space exports can be used to import your space content into another Confluence space running the same or newer version of Confluence.
Hi Manoj!
Thanks! When the receiving organization imports the space will the links to/from the Jira deep clone be carried into the new organization? If the new organization needs to re-link things that would be difficult, but not necessarily a show-stopper.
Thanks, again!
Will
