Hi All,
In confluence, I want to click on a button say for e.g. Details. There will be 10 rows and each row will have a details button. When I click on Details button, a new pop up should appear showing the details instead of a separate window. Any suggestions please? Thank you.
Well you can hijack the existing Atlassian UI (AUI) to create a pop-up:
https://docs.atlassian.com/aui/8.5.1/docs/dialog2.html
If this would work, we can then talk about how to create a user macro to do what you want.
Hi Bill,
This is a bit of an old question, but do you think this could be used to make something similar to the create menu but with a little more customization?
I want to be able to use multiple templates and specify different parent pages. Right now, I am using buttons that act as hyperlinks to create new pages from a url, but I would like to decrease the number of buttons on the page and change some of that functionality to dropdown in a popup menu.
Thanks,
Cassidy
