In our company we have Documents which consist of Main Parent page and multiple Children pages. Is there a way that Children pages inherit all Parent pages settings, labels workflow? It would be amazing if that would be possible. Could it possible to Group pages to create 1 document maybe? as we know documents rarely consist of 1 page.
Thank you for your Answer.
Hey Irina,
I’m Shannon from K15t and it sounds like your use case could be solved with our app, Scroll Documents. What you describe as a “document” – a parent page and its children – is actually one of the main reasons the app was created! We also felt this was missing in our workflow.
With Scroll Documents, you can group multiple Confluence pages as a single document and manage them together as one unit. The features include everything from versioning and variant management, to change tracking, status labels, and options for content reuse.
The app also integrates with our other Scroll apps that allow you to publish your documents as custom PDF or Word files or to a custom online help center. Check out the crash course video to see a quick overview and like all other apps, you can try it free from the Marketplace.
If you have any questions or additional feature requests, we'd be happy to help or show you a demo of the app. Just get in touch with us: help@k15t.com.
Cheers,
Shannon (K15t)
Hi Irina,
(disclaimer: I work for the vendor of the following App)
Magic Labels for Confluence can actually do that. You can, apart from Bulk editing and some other features, allow labels to be inherited. It should solve at least parts of your problem!
Also, it is free for up to 10 users – so you should be covered!
We would be very happy if you gave it a try :)
Best,
Tim
