I was using the DACI template in Confluence and noticed that when Approvers tick the checkbox next to their name, the checkbox would be reset on the next page refresh.
The approvers are listed in a table inside the Page Properties macro (this is how the DACI template came in Confluence I believe)
Looking at the web console I noticed that on other pages that are not using the Page Properties macro there was an extra request being sent on checkbox checked:
cgraphql?q=SetBatchedTaskStatus
If I pull the DACI table out of the Page Properties macro it works as expected.
It really breaks the DACI workflow.
I tried creating a bug for this but Confluence wouldn't let me. This is the only recourse I got.
I just tried by myself and for me it is also not working.
Then, I checked some bugs:
Both are closed.

@Dominic Lagger I can't file a bug. I complete all the fields and after entering my URL I only get the options to "Explore Community" or "View Documentation"

Are you in a free plan on confluence cloud?
If yes, then it's right, you can't create a bug. If this is the case, I think there is nothing to do for you. Just wait and hope :)
If you are on standard plan, then you should be able to create a bug.

@Dominic Lagger I have no clue. My company set it up.
Since we've agreed it's an issue, can I ask that you create the bug?
Thank you
Juan

I'm sorry, I can't create a bug for you.

@Dominic Lagger seems odd. The bug doesn't affect just me, it affects everyone. If it's been confirmed it shouldn't matter what my plan is or who creates the bug. What should matter is that it gets tracked so that it will eventually be resolved.
