Change license key

Dear community, 

I have a self hosted confluence server without a db connection (fails, support ticket raised). 

Now I'd like to check the correct license key but I'm not able to find it. 
could anyone answer me some questions: 

- Where can I find my license key? 
- How could I change the key if it is the wrong one? 

BTW: Host is a Windows Server 2016
