Change colors of Buttons / Icons

I'd like to change the color of the Buttons like the one in the login page

Is this possible?

Best option would be to change it permanently for the whole class

In the administrator menu under look & feel colour scheme you can change global colour settings.
The same goes for every single space in the Space Tools.
