Change Confluence Webserver Port without Proxy

if i changed the Port of confluence in /opt/atlassian/confluence/conf/server.xml in the connector to the default Port 80 like this

<Connector port="80" connectionTimeout="20000" redirectPort="8443"
maxThreads="48" minSpareThreads="10"
enableLookups="false" acceptCount="10" debug="0" URIEncoding="UTF-8"
protocol="org.apache.coyote.http11.Http11NioProtocol"/>

i cant enter my confluence on xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx
have i need to change something more ?
i have confluence startet as root like this
sudo /etc/init.d/confluence start

could you help me ?
