Unfortunately I cannot find out my SEN information.
Certain users in our Confluence and JIRA systems can't get an OAUTH token to generate. About half of our users can access Confluence links through a JIRA ticket. The JIRA ticket shows the proper name of the Confluence page. The other half see a "You do not have permission to see this page." link. If the user clicks on that link, they are still taken to the Confluence page.
I can't for the life of me figure out how to generate a token for those users. Would disabling and re-enabling OAUTH force this kind of test? I can't even revoke my own OAUTH token to test this out.
Any help is appreciated, I'm at a complete loss as to what to do.
