Canvas add on - deactivated/removed on our onDemand instance?

Kathrine Lønning April 6, 2014

We noticed this morning that the Canvas plug-in (that we just got for a trial last week) was removed from our Confluence.

In Audit log i can see that System Administrator (atlassian) disabled an add-on module called "Memory Usage" early this morning. (MemoryHealthCheck plugin)
Can this be the reason for loosing the Canvas plugin?

We would really like to test this plugin some more before we decide if we want to keep it or not.
Please help us solve this issue.

This wasn't caused by the Memory usage add-on being disabled. However it appears the add-on is missing but the Application Link that it relied on isn't.

Atlassian did a maintenance job, and it was fixed. Thanks for quick and good support effort from Atlassian team! :)
