Cannot view Jira issues in Confluence -- "Authenticate to retrieve your issues"

Hi All,

We have integrated Jira with confluence using application links successfully.

Using Jira issue/filter macro, I'm trying to display Jira issues on the confluence pages.

But the macro throws a message as "Login & Approve" to retrieve data from JIRA dialogue.

When clicked on the "Login & Approve" link, it is opening Jira Page on a new tab and refreshing Confluence continues to bring up the Authenticate prompt instead of showing my Jira tickets.

Need Help

Thanks,

Veera

Hi @Veerababu

You do need to authenticate - perhaps try on a different browser, or in incognito mode as a simple first suggestion?

Or, clear your cache and try again.

Hi @Stephen Wright _Elabor8_

I already tried this, but it's not working.

Same error I am getting.

Thanks,

Veera

Have you tried reaching out to your internal IT Support team on this (assuming it's not yourself of course)?
