I would like to pause a subscription for the one of the installed apps for a few months probably (because I don't use it actively). So I:
- go to Manage Apps section,
- choose the app I want to unsubscribe,
- click Unsubscribe button.
But then nothing happens. It seems like frontend issue, I've checked in in a different browsers on Mac and PC under different admin accounts.
I've sent a request to support using Give Feedback form in Help section a few days ago, but there's no answer from Atlassian's side.
Can someone advice is that probably proper UI behavior?
The feedback is just for general feedback on the application. This will not be handled by the support desk from Atlassian

P.S. Did you disable the app first, I think that is the first step and then unsubscribe.
I was guided by the idea that I need to unsubscribe first, and then uninstall the app. My thought was exactly just to pause the subscription and then re-new it in a few months. But when I uninstalled the app, I found that the subscription disappeared from subscription management in billing section. So the advice works.
But at the same time it's not clear what the scenario should be when the Unsubscribe button is clickable. Seems like UX lack.
