We are currently trying out the Confluence 30-day Trial, which is the Standard Plan. We would like to switch to the Free Plan but when we try to switch plans we only are presented with Standard and Premium.

Can you please check, how many active subscriptions are active.

@Emanuel Boderat the end of the trial period the plan falls into "Free" if you do not supply billing information (credit card data).

The safest way to reach your goal without any bill you don't want to have would most likely be to write to Billing support (https://support.atlassian.com/)
