Cannot delete user

Edited

I can disable users but cannot delete them. This is the error message in the logs:

```2023-04-03 17:42:20,011 WARN [http-nio-8090-exec-21] [confluence.impl.hibernate.ConfluenceHibernateTransactionManager] doRollback Performing rollback. Transactions:\n ->[null]: PROPAGATION_REQUIRED,ISOLATION_DEFAULT (Session #176540017)
-- url: /admin/users/removeuser-confirm.action | userName: admin | action: removeuser-confirm | referer: https://wiki.example.com/admin/users/removeuser.action?username=john%2Bdoe | traceId: a0a9453cd07c9f90
```

This was happening with 8.0 so we upgraded to 8.2 to try and fix it but the error continues.

Any advice? We need to delete users so we can migrate to Confluence Cloud.

Hello @gtirloni ,

Thank you for reaching out to the community, and the error you are running into looks similar to the following issue but with a different set of database tables experiencing a synchronization issue (Noting the issue described in the KB below is related to a comment synchronization issue as opposed to user management issues) and we will need additional details from your instance to narrow this one down:

It looks like you have already reached out to our internal support team to look into this further, and our Confluence support team has requested some additional information to dig deeper into this error please review and reply to the support request at the following link so we can start narrowing down the cause:

Earl
