Cannot connect MySQL database to Confluence

Hi, 

I'm trying to connect confluence with my own database but I got this error.
Confluence 6.14.1
JDBC: mysql-connector-java-5.1.47
Mysql 5.7.25 (It's already connected successfully with jira server)

Hello,

Looks like you are running into a "Spring Application context has not been set" error. This is a common misconfiguration error on new installations, often caused by insufficient permissions on the Confluence install and Home folders.

I recommend running through the resolutions in order in the Resolution section of Confluence does not start due to Spring Application context has not been set. These fixes almost always resolve the issue. If you still run into issues, please let us know what you tried and if you saw any change in behavior.
