I have a DrawIO diagram on Google Drive. I wanted to copy some shapes from it to a DrawIO diagram in Confluence, but in vain.
However, I can copy <-> paste between DrawIO document on Google Drive.
What can be the issue?
Hi Niaz,
Hope you are having a great start to your Tuesday!
You can't copy and paste from the OpenSource editor into Confluence. But, you can import saved diagrams in Google Drive into Confluence. It's explained in this blog: https://drawio-app.com/blog/embed-existing-diagrams-in-confluence-cloud/.
If you are still experiencing any issues, I suggest contacting our support team: https://drawio-app.com/support/
Hope this helps!
